2. Past Performance
Backtest results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Actual returns may differ materially from backtest results due to market conditions, liquidity constraints, and other factors.
3. Subscription
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew yearly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to CapScreener. One subscription is for personal use only. Automated scraping of the platform is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
CapScreener is provided "as is" without warranty. In no event shall CapScreener be liable for any investment losses or damages arising from use of this platform.
